Last updated: April 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of Questioner, a ChatGPT app from Arete Code. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to any applicable OpenAI terms that also apply to your use of ChatGPT.

Service description

Questioner is designed to collect structured answers one question at a time inside ChatGPT and return a normalized summary to the conversation.

Official connector only

Questioner is provided only for use through the official ChatGPT connector or app experience operated by OpenAI. You may not use this service through unofficial wrappers, mirrored clients, automated scraping setups, or any integration that is not part of the official ChatGPT product experience.

You are responsible for the answers and text you submit. If you choose to enter personal or sensitive information, you do so at your own discretion.

Questioner depends on the official ChatGPT product operated by OpenAI and on Vercel for hosting. Their own terms, policies, and availability may affect your experience.

No warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue the app at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated or if the service needs to be protected.
