Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 15, 2026

Questioner is a ChatGPT app from Arete Code. It asks one structured question at a time and returns normalized answers back into the ChatGPT conversation.

Short version

Questioner does not use analytics, does not create user accounts, does not sell personal data, and does not keep a separate answer database for user Questioner answers.

What we collect

What we do not intentionally collect

How we use data

How we share data

We do not sell personal data, do not run analytics, and do not use data for advertising. Information may pass through OpenAI as the platform provider and Vercel as the hosting provider solely so the service can operate, or when disclosure is required by law. Final conversation handling is governed by ChatGPT and OpenAI product behavior.

Retention

We do not maintain a separate long-term storage system for questionnaire answers or user profiles. Draft widget state may exist temporarily in the ChatGPT app/widget host for session restoration. Any final conversation content is handled within ChatGPT according to OpenAI's product behavior and policies. Limited technical logs may be retained by our hosting provider for a period of time for security and reliability.

Your choices

If you do not want information processed through the official ChatGPT connector flow, do not use the app. To manage conversation history, use the controls provided by ChatGPT and OpenAI.

Children

Questioner is not intended for children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted here is the current version.
